Paul Hansen joined the Ikanos Board of Directors in August of 2004 bringing over 20 years of public company experience to the team. From July 1998 to April 2001 he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer of TIBCO Software. There he grew the revenue from $34 million to over $300 million. He previously held several positions at Adaptec, Inc. including Corporate Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. There he helped Adaptec achieve more than 50 consecutive quarters of profitability with revenue run rate in excess of $1 billion. Prior to his tenure at Adaptec, Inc., Paul held the position of Assistant Controller of U.S. Operations at Raychem Corporation. He has also worked for KPMG and has served on the Board of Directors of iMediation. |
