Paul Flanigan is responsible for all sales and marketing activities of Fort Knox National Company, a position that encompasses strategic planning, sales, product management, account management, and integrated marketing communications. Paul has 18 years of experience in the financial service industry, with a particular focus on payment systems. Prior to joining the company, he served as a senior vice president of Ecount, a prepaid card provider, supervising two divisions, consumer products and operations. He launched and managed all core operating functions at Ecount including customer service, risk management, human resources, information technology, client management and vendor management. Before Ecount, Paul was a senior vice president of MBNA America Bank N.A., where he held a number of progressive management responsibilities in marketing and operations functions including portfolio activation, product development and customer retention. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in government and business administration from the University of Notre Dame. |
