Paul is a strategy consultant with Milliman's European insurance practice. He has particular responsibility for Milliman's offices in Germany and Poland.
Experience
Paul's life insurance and reinsurance industry experience spans most of the major Western and Eastern European markets. He has worked on a variety of strategy and business development projects, involving mergers and acquisitions, market entry and business planning, start-up operations, product and distribution development, and administration processes.
He joined Morgan Consulting, which was subsequently acquired by Milliman, in 2001. Paul previously worked at Swiss Re Life & Health and in the European Division of Commercial Union (Aviva), where he helped to establish successful greenfield businesses in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Paul is fluent in German and French.
