Mr. Egerman brings to the company extensive experience and industry leadership in electronic medical records and health care systems. Formerly, Paul was the COO of IDX, a worldwide supplier of administrative and financial solutions for healthcare organizations. Paul founded IDX and grew the company from a start-up to a publicly held corporation with over 2,000 employees and more than $250 million in sales. In 1991, he received Inc. Magazine's "Entrepreneur of the Year" award, and has served as chairman of the Massachusetts Software Council. |
