Paul Drummond is Executive Vice President of Development with oversight responsibilities for marina and related upland real estate design and development. Mr. Drummond's real estate experience includes a broad portfolio of projects including private equity residential golf course and clubhouse developments to an extensive portfolio of ultra luxury high rise condominium and branded hotel-condominium projects throughout Florida and California. As a division president for a publicly traded company, he was responsible for all aspects of the development cycle, from acquisitions, assembling associated design disciplines, entitlements, financial planning and forecasting, implementing the over-all marketing and sales programs, to the actual contracting, construction, subsequent closing and on-going operations of a broad range of projects in excess of 3 billion dollars. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President of design and development for a California based hotel development company. Mr. Drummond holds a BLA degree with a focus on urban design and planning from Louisiana State University. |
