With 25 years of experience in both military and commercial technology programs, Paul De Lia is responsible for reviewing R&D activities and the assessment and migration of new technologies into L-3 products. Mr. De Lia also serves as the Chief Technology Officer for L-3's Homeland Security Group, where he is tasked with expanding the group's technology portfolio.
Prior to joining L-3, Mr. De Lia was Vice President of System Implementation for Sirius Satellite Radio. He also worked at Loral Electronic Systems, where he held numerous engineering and technology management positions throughout his 18-year tenure. Mr. De Lia is a member of the IEEE and AIAA and is the editor for the Electronic Warfare portion of the McGraw Hill Encyclopedia of Technology. |
