Paul Craig provides the financial experience and leadership to enhance Bosley's financial infrastructure. As CFO, he is responsible for formulating Bosley's financial policy and plans and for providing overall direction for forecasting, accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury functions. He works to ensure that these financial transactions, policies and procedures meet our company's short and long term objectives. Externally, he interacts with public markets - including underwriters and institutional investors - to ensure regulatory compliance and reporting requirements are met. |
