Paul Bruder joined NorthMarq in December 2007. Prior to joining NorthMarq, he was in the commercial mortgage banking business in Southern California since 1986 where he worked at two regional firms - Keystone Mortgage Company and Sunrise Mortgage & Investment Company. He arranged debt and equity for commercial projects working with correspondent life companies as well as various other capital sources at both firms. Prior to entering the real estate finance business, Paul worked with FirstBank Holding Company in the Denver area for 7 1/2 years in commercial lending. Paul received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and has been active in real estate organizations including ICSC, NAIOP and others over the years. |
