Mr. Berg, as outside counsel, is responsible for the company's legal affairs including corporate governance and compliance, transactions, commercial licensing and contracts, legal policies, labor practices, litigation, intellectual property, patent law, and taxation matters. In addition, Mr. Berg serves as secretary to the company's board of directors.
Mr. Berg is a principal of the law firm of Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, where he represents business enterprises with an emphasis on matters related to capital formation, tax planning and intellectual property.
Mr. Berg is a member of the Tax, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Sections of the American Bar Association and a member of the Antitrust and Tax Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. He has also been featured as a speaker at legal seminars on various topics involving tax and intellectual property issues. |
