Paul Benson is a manager in the Houston and Minneapolis offices. He has significant experience consulting with clients and counsel regarding intellectual property matters and complex commercial disputes. He has advised clients on economic, valuation, and strategy issues related to general business, intellectual property, and commercial disputes. Paul s experience includes the evaluation and quantification of economic damages on engagements involving patent infringement, copyright and trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract. His experience spans such industries as computer (hardware and software), pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, oil and gas, telecommunications, retail, chemical, and automotive. Paul received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. .
