Mr. Beasley’s responsibilities include the management of site acquisition and selection, due diligence, and construction readiness for tower development. He is responsible for ensuring environmental, FAA, and FCC regulatory compliance, survey and site plan review and revisions, zoning and permitting, awarding and bidding construction contracts, and inspecting completed sites for construction quality. He was formerly (1997-1999) with James M. Vardaman and Company, Inc., a forestry-consulting firm with responsibilities including the sale, evaluation, and management of timber and land in Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Alabama with experience in real estate throughout the Southeast. |
