Paul W. Griepentrog is a shareholder in the Waukesha office of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group. Paul concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and tax related planning for a variety of business transactions. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, cum laude, and his law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Waukesha Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
