Paul W. Brubaker, is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and a director of the Ephrata National Bank, a public company subject to SEC periodic reporting requirements, where he has been employed since 1961. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking and serves as a director and Treasurer of Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim. He serves as past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Northeast District, Church of the Brethren. Mr. Brubaker serves on the executive committee (Group 5) of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. Additionally, Mr. Brubaker serves on the Board of Directors of the Ephrata Economic Development Corporation. He has been a director of the Company since 1990.
