Business Litigation

Paul S. Swedlund brings many years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer to his litigation practice with the Firm. He has served as lead trial counsel in multiple court and jury trials, as well as lead appellate counsel, in state and federal courts. Mr. Swedlund is certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. His practice areas include business and commercial litigation, defense of corporations in federal regulatory investigations, governmental liability, insurance defense and coverage disputes, and appellate advocacy.

Mr. Swedlund has served on community land use planning and historic preservation boards.
