Paul Livingstone is Managing Director and is responsible for Assured Guaranty Corp.'s Structured Credit and CDO group. Prior to joining Assured Guaranty in 2004, he was most recently Managing Director of Ambac Assurance Corp., where he was responsible for its Structured Insurance Business. Mr. Livingstone has spent 18 years in the financial services industry, including significant experience in the insurance industry.
Mr. Livingstone holds a BS in Actuarial Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
