Paul M. Weiser is a Shareholder in the Scottsdale office. He focuses his practice on commercial landlord/tenant matters, commercial leases, real estate brokerage issues, construction litigation and creditors' rights/debt collection. He also provides advice and counsel to clients on the day-to-day operation of their businesses.
Mr. Weiser received his B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1978. He earned his J.D. in 1981 from Boston University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Harold M. Linsky Award in Professional Responsibility.
He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona State Bar Association and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Phoenix, where he served as President in 1999.
