Paul has forty plus years of broad based financial and general management experience in several different industries including CFO positions in four publicly held companies. Paul, as President of General Management Advisory, advises chief executives in the areas of maximization of shareholder value including: capital structure; strategic planning; acquisitions; operational planning; and exit strategies. Paul was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for GoodMark Foods and prior to that he was VP, CFO for CompuChem Corporation.
Paul is a Director of The Pantry, Inc. (NASDAQ) where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and serves on the Governance Committee. He served five years as Director and Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees of Waste Industries, Inc (NASDAQ). He is a Director of privately held LoneSource Inc. and VTFLEX, Inc. He is a past President of the Northern Carolina Chapter of the Financial Executives Institute and has been active in the Institute of Management Accountants. |
