Paul has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977. As President & COO of Q10 Capital, Paul oversees operations and provides a single point contact for the national borrower. He is responsible for national loan origination, transaction management, consulting and asset management. He handles lender and investor relations and ensures strict adherence to the high quality standards and core values of Q10 Capital. Prior to joining Q10, Paul served as Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Secretary with JP Realty, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust. He has extensive management expertise in real estate acquisitions, dispositions and finance as well as investor and analyst relations. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked as a senior auditor for Touche Ross & Company. He is a graduate of the University of Utah, past President and Director of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA) and a former member of the Governing Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). |
