Paul J. Kim is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. He is a partner in the Corporate Department.
Paul has extensive experience in representing U.S. and non-U.S. based clients in connection with a broad spectrum of cross-border and U.S. transactional and commercial matters, particularly focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other private equity investments, multinational insolvencies and other distressed transactions, cross-border restructurings, private equity fund formations and other general corporate matters.
Paul also has significant experience in representing issuers and underwriters in connection with international securities offerings and other capital market transactions. He regularly represents clients in a variety of industries and fields, including government institutions, technology companies, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks, real estate companies and industrial and manufacturing concerns.
Paul is admitted to practice in New York.
