Paul Greeley was named President of Association and Non Profit Strategic Consulting Services for The Signature Group effective October 16, 2003. He provides strategic and management consulting services for associations and other non profit organizations.
He has over 35 years of experience in the organization management field. He served as the president and chief executive officer of the American Chamber of Commerce Executives for over 21 years. ACCE is the national, professional society for those engaged in local and state chamber of commerce management. He held various senior level staff positions with ACCE for an additional 7 years. Prior to that, he served as Director of Alumni Relations for Fairfield University for 4 years.
Greeley has an extensive background of volunteer service in the association management area having served as Chairman of the Board of the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives, the largest regional society in the country and as Chairman of the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives Foundation. He recently served as chairman of that organization’s Strategic Planning Commission.
He is the co-facilitator of the Exceptional Governance seminars offered by the Center for Association Leadership. Further, he is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives and has chaired several efforts for this national society. He holds the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE). He has served for over 20 years on the National Board of Trustees for the Institutes for Organization Management, a comprehensive professional development effort aimed at organization management executives. He has extensive faculty experience in this program and consistently received excellent evaluations for his content and teaching style. |
