Paul Sweeney is a Partner of Linowes and Blocher LLP, and resides in Glenwood, Maryland. He joined Linowes and Blocher in 1991 after serving as a law clerk to Chief Bankruptcy Judge Paul Mannes, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, from 1990 to 1991 and as a law clerk to Judge Donald J. Gilmore, Circuit Court for Carroll County, Maryland from 1989 to 1990. Mr. Sweeney is a 1989 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and a 1986 graduate of the University of Maryland.
