Paul Sinclair, Senior Vice President joined Cerner in 1996. Mr. Sinclair oversees Cerner’s Global Consulting operations. Mr. Sinclair is responsible for the consulting financial and business plans which include projecting the growth of our organization, identifying investment opportunities, and creating repeatable and sustainable business practices for Cerner Consulting.
Prior to joining Cerner, Mr. Sinclair served as Vice President of Customer Partnerships, Europe, for Seer Technologies. In this role, he created regional consultant and sales organizations and determined vision for both product and service offerings for Seer’s European operations. Mr. Sinclair’s experience also includes service as a United States Army Captain, responsible for the data center and system development operations for U.S. Army Communications Command at Fort Leavenworth.
Mr. Sinclair earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. He also holds a master’s degree in operations research from Texas A&M University. In the community, Mr. Sinclair is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America. |
