TFG Experience
Paul joined the firm as an analyst in 2001. Since then, he has had the pleasure of working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty and generic pharmaceutical clients on a broad range of healthcare projects ranging in focus from product launch benchmarking studies, target product profile testing, therapeutic area franchise assessments, trade distribution strategy development, L&A assessments and M&A valuations. Examples of Paul's recent project experience includes (1) leading a team analyzing the market potential for a novel anticoagulant reversal agent, 2) developing an interactive financial model to analyze wholesale distribution contract terms for a large pharmaceutical client, (3) identifying strategic L&A targets and paragraph IV opportunities for a leading specialty pharmaceutical client and (4) working with the sales force of a leading generic company to develop tactical customer sales plans. His therapeutic areas of focus include Alzheimer's disease, critical care, hypertension, interventional cardiology, psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Pre-TFG Experience
Prior to joining TFG, Paul worked for New York - Presbyterian Hospital in financial planning for the Program Development and Clinical Services division. During that time, he worked with key physician leaders and hospital administrators in the Transplant and Neuroscience service lines to develop investment plans for new clinical programs, physician recruitments and large capital acquisitions and while also valuing medical management initiatives.
Education
Paul holds a BA in psychology from Yale College and an MPH from the Yale School of Public Health.
