Paul G. Kirk, Jr., 69, is affiliated with Sullivan & Worcester, a law firm. Mr. Kirk is Chairman, President, and a director of Kirk & Associates, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation. He served as Chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Kirk also serves as Co-Chairman of the Commission on Presidential Debates and is a director of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc.
