Paul Ferguson served as senior vice president and treasurer for Duke Energy from June 1997 to June 1998, when he retired. He also served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of PanEnergy Corp. from September 1995 to June 1997. He held various other positions with PanEnergy from 1989 to 1995, and served as treasurer of Texas Eastern Corporation from 1988 to 1989.
Ferguson was named to the board of DCP Midstream Partners on Nov. 25, 2005, and serves as chair of the audit committee. He was a director of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners from October 2004 until his resignation in 2005. He is a past member of the compensation and special committees, and past chairman of the audit committee of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners.
Ferguson earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and a master's degree from Harvard Business School.
The Marblehead, Mass., native was born in 1949. He has a daughter. |
