Paul received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and his Masters of Business Administration Degree, with concentrations in accounting and taxation, from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. He is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. PRACTICE EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATIONS Paul serves primarily closely-held businesses who command a combination of tax, accounting and general business talents. Paul's major client concentrations include real estate, construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, high tech industries, franchise operations and coordination of tax and business matters with high net worth individuals. Paul directs the Real Estate Services group in Boca Raton. Taxation and advisory services have included business sales, acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, start-ups, multi-state tax planning, and a variety of tax issues affecting closely held businesses. PERSONAL DATA Paul is a founding member of the Boca Raton Taxation and Financial Planning Council and on the Advisory Board of Paradise Bank. He also serves on numerous advisory and board appointments with local church and charitable organizations. A native of Kentucky, Paul resides in Boca Raton with his wife and two children. |
