Paul E. Lego was recently elected as a Director in February 2007. Mr. Lego previously served as Director since Aleris’s acquisition of Commonwealth in December 2004 and up to the TPG merger in December 2006. He was previously the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Commonwealth from 1995 until completion of Aleris’s acquisition of Commonwealth. He is currently President of Intelligent Enterprises, a private consulting firm. From 1990 until his retirement in 1993, Mr. Lego was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He is an Emeritus Trustee of the University of Pittsburgh and a member of the American Society of Corporate Executives. |
