Paul E. Cartee has served as Vice President and General Counsel of NightHawk Radiology Services since 2005. Prior to joining NightHawk, from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Cartee practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, in Seattle, Washington. From 1994 to 1998, he served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy at the Naval Nuclear Power School as an instructor of physics and mechanical engineering. Mr. Cartee received a B.S. from Murray State University and a J.D. from Duke University. |
