Paul E. Summit has been a litigator for over 25 years. He has a national practice concentrating in the areas of complex commercial disputes, principally in the federal courts, and white collar criminal defense. Over the years he has tried dozens of jury and non-jury cases around the country, civil and criminal, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He practices frequently before the SEC and other regulatory bodies as well. Mr. Summit is a member of the firm s Management Committee. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester LLP, Mr. Summit was a member of Graham & James LLP, where he was head of the firm s New York litigation department. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
