Paul Williams, a 30-year Genesco veteran has served in a variety of accounting management roles. He joined the Company in 1977 as a junior accountant and moved up as senior accountant in 1980. In 1993, he was named director of corporate accounting and financial reporting where he served until 1995 when he was promoted to the position of chief accounting officer. He is responsible for financial reporting, interpretation and implementation of accounting standard and management of operational accounting functions. Additionally in October 2006, Williams was named vice president of Genesco.
Williams earned his bachelor of science in accounting from Western Kentucky University. |
