Paul D. Holleman is a member of the Cimarex board of directors. Mr. Holleman has been a member of the board of directors of Key since April 4, 2001. He retired in 2000 from his position as senior partner in Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, a Denver law firm. At Holme Roberts he had served as legal counsel to Key Production and other oil and gas companies. Other positions in his 40 years with Holme Roberts included chairman of the Natural Resources Department and member of the executive committee. He was president of Inter-American Petroleum Corporation in 1970 and 1971 and was a director of Janus Fund in those same years. He is past chairman of the Mineral Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, past chairman of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute and past chairman of the American Bar Association Public Lands Committee of the Natural Resources Section. |
