Mr. Eureck is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in founding, leading, and funding successful technology start-ups and fast-growth companies. Since the early 1990s, Mr. Eureck has spent significant time developing distribution strategies and outsourcing businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. He was formerly the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compris Technologies, Inc., a software product company he led from a 6-person startup in 1989 to a global leader in retail enterprise systems with over 240 employees. During Mr. Eureck's tenure, the company was acquired by NCR Corporation (NYSE-NCR) in 1997.Mr. Eureck currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Marketworks, Inc., and Compliance Control, Inc. He has made several private equity investments in technology companies in the southeast, including Hi-Tech Partners Group, a business incubator and executive consulting firm he co-founded in the dot com heyday.He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. For the last 6 years, Mr. Eureck has been a Partner in XpanXion, a software development company located in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Eureck has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2002. |
