Paul D. Coombs has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 1994. From April 2005 to June 2007, Mr. Coombs served as our Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, and from May 2001 to April 2005, as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as Senior Vice President Oil & Gas from 1987 to 1994, and as General Manager Oil & Gas from 1985 to 1987. Mr. Coombs has served in numerous other positions with us since 1982. |
