Paul Bach served Genesis HealthCare most recently as Senior Vice President for the Capitol Region, a position he has held since 1997. Paul was responsible for the daily operations of 70 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in MD, DE, VA, NC and WV. Paul also had corporate responsibilities for the Company’s Staffing Services and private duty nursing operations. In his new role, Paul will be leading the Central Area, a total of 78 nursing centers and assisted living facilities located throughout Eastern PA and all of NJ. During his twenty-four year career with Genesis, he has also served as Regional Vice President, Regional Director, and Nursing Home Administrator. Paul holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland, a trade association in which Paul has been elected to its Board of Directors for the past 10 years. Paul is a Director on the Towson University Alumni Association Board of Directors. Paul earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Towson University in 1982. Paul is married with three children and currently resides in Baldwin, Maryland. |
