Paul Saunders is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department. Paul’s practice emphasizes trial work and international arbitration, primarily in the areas of antitrust, securities, intellectual property and employment discrimination. He speaks frequently on those subjects.
Paul was born in New York, New York. From 1967 to 1971, he was on active duty with the U.S. Army in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he attained the rank of Captain. Paul joined Cravath in 1971 and became a partner in 1977. In 2003, he was appointed as a Distinguished Visiting Professor from Practice at the Georgetown University Law Center.
