Paul oversees the finance, accounting, tax and human resource activities of Rapid Solutions Group. As a CFO for companies in the financial services arena for more than 20 years, including the international investment banking and private equity company, Peers & Co. (a former subsidiary of Kemper Corporation), Paul has a wealth of domestic and international experience in finance, accounting and operations. Most recently, he served as the CFO for the Americas at Prebon Yamane, a leading international inter-dealer brokerage firm. His prior experience included finance and accounting positions at JP Morgan Chase, Sterling Drugs and Ernst & Young. Paul has an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a C.P.A. and was a registered Financial and Operations Principal with the NASD and SEC. |
