Paul Lanspery assists the general manager in day-to-day management of the Water Authority and in planning and implementing programs that support the agency’s short-term and long-term goals and objectives. He provides coordination and development of operating and capital improvement budgets and oversees the administrative services, engineering, finance, human resources, operations and maintenance, and right of way departments. Lanspery joined the Water Authority in September 2002. |
