Mr. Galleberg has served as a director of the Company since March 2006. He has over 20 years experience in business development, law, corporate finance and general management. Since June 2006, Mr. Galleberg has been President of PV Asset Management LLC, a private investment and advisory company. From 2000 to June 2006, Mr. Galleberg had been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Infonet Services Corporation, one of the world’s largest managed data network services providers, which was purchased by BT Group plc in February 2005. Prior to joining Infonet, Mr. Galleberg was a corporate partner with Latham & Watkins, an international law firm, having been associated with the firm since 1986.
