Patty A. Miller
Profile : Patty Miller is a paralegal in the Business Services Group. She assists clients of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to publicly held companies, in mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions. Ms. Miller's primary focus is on new business formations and she has experience in qualifying companies to do business in various states, including various multi-state projects. Her work also encompasses transactional matters, licensing and corporate governance matters. She is the firm's audit letter coordinator.
