Like most entrepreneurs, Patti brings a passion to her business that is evident in everything she does. When Patti joined Elinvar in 1988, she found an opportunity to leverage her prior experience with Deloitte and International Paper Company as well as a business that could support her long time dream of "changing the world." With Elinvar’s focus on helping individuals have the best possible careers and working with employers who value their employees to help them realize their financial goals, this dream is being achieved! Over the years Patti has had many roles, ultimately as CEO and owner of this professional services firm she has led through the 90’s and into a tumultuous 21st Century. Most recently she and her team created Elinvar’s Engaged Search Solution and established key long-term members of the team as owners in the business. Patti’s other passion is community service. At first glance her many different roles in various community organizations may appear to have no connection. To her they are all connected by her desire to help others achieve the most they can through personal and professional growth. Her efforts begin with her commitment to excellence in public education, which she believes can only be achieved through the continued commitment to embracing diversity in our schools and increased financial support for WCPSS.
