Employed with Don Carter Realty since 1967, Patsy Winkler-Davis is a fully licensed real estate agent. Her four decades of experience and knowledge span every phase of real estate development and sales. Patsy has been an active life member of the Million Dollar Club for many years. Patsy and her husband, Jay Davis, live in White County's Skylake community, which was originally developed by Don Carter in 1971 in the Sautee-Nacoochee Valley. Jay Davis owns and operates Davis Construction, which builds many of the new homes in Skylake and surrounding communities. Patsy assists in marketing Davis Construction. In addition to her busy career, she enjoys playing with her three grandchildren.
