Patrick Wifler graduated from the University of Southern California earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California. Patrick began his career in Real Estate with Marcus and Millichap working on investment sales of commercial real estate. His focus was on the sale of single-tenant, net-leased investments in the $1M to $10M range. Prior to joining Mohr Partners International, Patrick was employed by Sares Regis Group, a west coast developer and management company based in Southern California. Patrick was a landlord's marketing representative handling various property types including industrial, office, retail, and automotive. In 1998, Patrick leased over a million square feet with a combined lease value exceeding 17 million dollars. His continuous hard work lead to numerous promotions and continued expansion of responsibilities. Ultimately, he was responsible for marketing a 4 million square foot portfolio located throughout Southern California. During his final year with the firm, Patrick's success was evidenced by his receipt of the company's prestigious Outstanding Teamwork Award for his hard work and diligence on various projects. Patrick joined Mohr Partners International as Senior National Account Manager handling the corporate real estate needs for Apria Healthcare Inc. since 1999. Apria is the nation's leading durable medical equipment provider with revenues in excess of a billion dollars and over 350 locations throughout the United States. He currently oversees leasing activity for this 4 million square foot portfolio. His depth of leasing experience enhances Mohr Partners' ability to provided superior corporate real estate services on a national level. |
