Patrick Wheeler leads SMART's public sector/federal industry team, which delivers consulting and accounting services to the federal government. Pat also is active in the life sciences and biotechnology industry, and specializes in issues of FDA compliance and systems validation. Pat has 18 years of experience and specializes in shared services integration, systems optimization, technology strategy, design, implementation and project management. Prior to joining SMART, he was a Director with Arthur Andersen. At Andersen, Pat's major accomplishments included serving as acting Regional Director of Network and Computing Systems for Johnson & Johnson. Earlier, Pat was Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Systems for Mammoth Sports Group, a direct marketing and Internet company. At Perot Systems/EDS, Pat served as Director of Technical Services. Pat began his career at Magnavox then moved to Unisys Defense Systems, as a Systems Engineer. |
