Patrick Vining is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance Department. Prior to joining Chapman and Cutler LLP, Mr. Vining was an associate in the finance practice group of Nisen & Elliott, LLC, in Chicago. Mr. Vining has a solid background in transportation equipment financial services with experience in preparing inventory finance agreements, lines of credit, term loans and security agreements. He is also experienced in the negotiation and drafting of vehicle leases, promissory notes, retail installment sale contracts and dealer agreements. Mr. Vining is a Fullbright recipient. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Vining worked as a freelance interpreter and translator in Germany's New Federal States following reunification. He was involved extensively in the then newly privatized power industry. |
