A 30-year title industry and title technology veteran, Vaden was named Chief Executive Officer of Stewart Transaction Solutions in March 2007.
He most recently has served as President and CEO of PropertyInfo Corporation, a Stewart subsidiary, with responsibility for the development and integration of the PropertyInfo.com Web portal and national database. Vaden also managed Stewart Title affiliates and Stewart Title Guaranty Company (STGC) operations in Tennessee and Arkansas as STGC Senior Vice President, Region G Mid-South Group President.
Vaden co-founded Cumberland Title Company, a title insurance and closing agency, in 1974, and co-founded First Data Systems in 1975. He served as their President and CEO until the companies were acquired by Stewart in 2002. First Data is a technology provider specializing in application hosting and software application services for the title industry. First Data's ASP data center, TitleWorkPlace, is one of the nation's largest application service providers, serving more 3,300 settlement services users nationwide.
Vaden received a BBA degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1974. |
