Patrick J. Sheppard has been a Director since August 2002. Since June 1996, he has served as President of Purtec Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation that provides consulting services to the water purification industry. Mr. Sheppard serves as a Director to Medcom Facilities, a real estate holding company, ICOT Center, Inc., a large commercial flex space park in Clearwater, Florida, and for the Montessori Schools, a private elementary and middle school in Pinellas County, Florida.
