Patrick Planche has been president, chief executive officer, and a director of the Company since August 1998. He is the president, director and co-founder of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Brightec SA, which was organized in 1992 and is the legal owner of the patents and trademarks used by the Company in connection with its business. |
