Patrick Ortiz serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for PNM Resources and subsidiaries. Ortiz has responsibility for assuring the provision of high quality, efficient and effective legal services to all areas of the company and for corporate governance matters, ethics and compliance and internal audit services.
Ortiz previously served as Chief Counsel in New Mexico for US West Communications. He also served as a N.M. Public Service Commissioner, Chief Counsel to the NMPSC and General Counsel to the N.M. State Corporation Commission. |
