Patrick Holmes is European Counsel in Milbank's Finance Group.
He has extensive experience in relation to leveraged and project financings in Europe and other parts of the world. He has previously been based in Tokyo, Bahrain, Jeddah and Moscow.
He advises financial institutions, companies, investment funds and other clients in the areas of acquisition finance, non-recourse or limited-recourse financings and corporate finance. In recent years he has represented clients in connection with the financing of a number of acquisitions and several large project financing transactions.
Patrick is also a member of the Islamic Finance Business Unit. |
