Patrick Hayes serves as StarTek's Chief Operating Officer. As such, he is responsible for developing a consistent strategy and focus to assure future company growth. With over 21 years of experience in finance, operations, and mergers & acquisitions, Mr. Hayes brings a wealth of experience to StarTek in working to promote the company’s mission, vision and objectives. Prior to joining StarTek, Mr. Hayes was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for a leading restoration services company where he oversaw all finance and operations. Prior to that, Mr. Hayes served as Vice President of Business Operations for Messagemedia, Inc., an online email marketing company purchased by Doubleclick in 2001. He has held controller and planning & analysis functions for various industries including medical device, automotive, and manufacturing. Mr. Hayes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida. |
